Product Availability
Availability describes how long it will take us to get an item once you place your order, but does not include how long it will take to deliver the item to you. (The availability of an item is displayed after the product code on each product.) We have seven levels of availability:
In stock: These are items that are in our warehouse and usually ship within two to four days. Occasionally we may tell you an item is in stock, but due to inventory count errors or damage may not actually be available. You will be advised by e-mail if this happens.
Usually ships within two weeks: These are items that have been ordered from our supplier and are expected to reach our warehouse within a few days.
Special order, usually ships in four weeks: These are items that we do not regularly carry in inventory, but are currently available from our supplier.
Shipping directly from the manufacturer, allow six weeks for delivery: A small number of items, mainly equipment or furniture, are shipped directly from our suppliers by special arrangement.
Temporarily out of stock: These are items that have been ordered from our supplier within the last few days and which we are not certain will be available for shipping within two weeks. You may wish to order another similar product instead.
Out of stock, delivery uncertain: These are items that we wish we always had in stock since they are usually very popular. Unfortunately our supplier cannot deliver them or give us an estimated delivery time. Note: Usually we only have 10 or 15 items in this category.
Not available outside Canada: A small number of items, mostly equipment, furniture and other fragile items, have a history of arriving at cross-border locations in a damaged condition, making for an unhappy customer. Therefore, we have decided not to offer these items to our customers outside Canada.
Back orders under $10.00 will be cancelled.
